Navitar ScreenStar wide-angle and long throw conversion lenses sit in front of your projector's standard lens to increase your picture size or increase your throw distance by 20-50%. These lenses decrease the overall cost of installations by allowing you to reduce the number of projectors being used or by selecting a lower cost, less featured projector.

HD ScreenStar® Lenses
The new HD
ScreenStar wide angle conversion lenses are specially designed
to match the performance of HD projectors. When placed in front of the projector's existing prime lens, the image size or throw distance can be changed with no loss of quality in the conversion.
These highly-corrected lens systems, optimized for 1080P resolution, also compliment other formats such as 720P and SXGA+. If your application includes higher resolution graphics and video from sources such as BluRay DVD players and gaming systems such as Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, HD ScreenStars will maintain the quality of your images. Wide-angle conversion ScreenStars provide a 25-50% larger image from the same projection distance or allow
you to maintain the same size image while moving your projector closer
to the screen. Telephoto conversion ScreenStars allow
users to place the projector 20-50% farther away from the screen and maintain
the same image width or reduce your picture size while projecting from
the same distance.
Navitar's Mini ScreenStar lenses are designed to be used with small profile, low cost projectors
with panel sizes 0.8" or smaller. The compact design blends well with projector body styles and is so lightweight it fits into a projector or brief case for easy transport.
